Now let us talk about women. People say I love women, but I say I love, respect and adore women. The phrase “Woman Wrapper” in the Nigerian parlance refers to a man who lacks self-control and losses his head when dealing with women. The man who is seen as having a “soft spot” for women is usually called a woman wrapper. Unfortunately, there have been so many misconceptions about women, womanhood, their ways of life and their role in our society. These misunderstandings about the essence of a woman have led so many people to perceive women as mere sex objects. Such words like “weaker sex”, “a man’s world”, etc. attest to the fact that women have been hugely misunderstood and ill-treated.

The WOMAN WRAPPER Blog is a campaign which seeks to address the misconceptions about women and their world as perceived by men and the entire society. The WWB is all about women, womanhood, ladies' affairs, life and society. In my opinion, respect for womanhood is the beginning of wisdom. Women make the world go round. Without women, the world would not have been an interesting place to live in. Imagine this world without women…they are the greatest treasures of this world. I am proud to say I love women although in the most honorable sense of it.
